HOW WE GOT HERE

As a kid, I always wanted to feed people and I dreamed of the day when I'd grow up and work in a kitchen. That day never came—professionally anyway; I've put in plenty of hobby hours behind the apron—but my career path has been anything but disappointing.

Along with culinary adventure, I've always been excited by systems. As a key member of executive teams working to grow businesses, my relationship with creative systems deepened to a profound passion.

How could it not, when I repeatedly witnessed the transformative power of effective business systems?
